CDI- Facilitators in Communication of Patient Care

Lead to transition to task based to role-based facilitators in communication of patient care through creation of a vision that inspires physicians as willing participants in learning about, becoming more proficient in and integrating best practice standards, principles and techniques of documentation into their daily practice of medicine. Form partnerships with other healthcare stakeholder in the creation of a non-soiled synergistic approach to documentation improvement while reducing physician administrative burden.
