This story is about a teenager named Anna, that is going through a life crisis that no one knows about, since she never shows that the pain, hurt and feeling of betrayal she experiences throughout the day, instead she always shows that she is happy no matter what happens.
The only person that knows how she actually feels is her bestfriend Derek.
During all the years of Derek being there for Anna through the toughest days of here life they both gained feelings for eachother.
They both don't want to sacrifice their strong long friendship[ they decide not to let each other know about their affection towards each other.
Anna decides to throw herself at guys that show the smallest amount of interest in her little did she know they only wanted her for one thing that she is not ready to experience at the moment.
Derek decides to keep his distance which is a step closer to destroying their friendship, and he flirts with any girl that talks to him besides her.
Little did they know they both felt the same way and were detected to make sure they didnt ruin the 4 years of friendship they loved and enjoyed until one day...

The Girl Who Made Life Worth Living
Finn has been the man of the house since he was a child. Simply surviving, he doesn't want any more responsibility than he's already burdened with at 18 - until he helps a mysterious abused girl he met near his new workplace. His caring and protective nature quickly brings her into his life but their budding relationship falls apart just as fast, until an incident and the subsequent events make them slowly come back together. Later, when Finn loses the only other thing he cares about in life he's faced with the choice of driving her away or being vulnerable enough to depend on her. Maybe she can finally make him feel taken care of back; the one thing that he's always truly needed. A more mature and healthy rewrite of a book I started writing when I was 14, inspired by the trashy, dramatic, emo love stories I was obsessed with on this platform a decade ago. I was dealing with a lot at the time so I came up with this book idea, where both main characters have dramatized aspects of myself in them, as a way to make myself feel lovable, so writing this now is a nostalgic and creative way of looking back, processing, and letting go of the emotions I was going through as an adolescent. I hope you enjoy! CONTENT WARNINGS include: regular profanity, descriptive sex scenes, minor sexual assault, minor gore, familial abuse, verbal and physical abuse, childhood trauma, tragically orphaned, absentee father, forced maturity, anxiety issues / panic attacks, neglect, starvation, descriptions of thin female body, legal trial of abuser. * Warnings may be edited as I write this. * Any new warnings will be put at the start of the new chapter including them, so don't worry.
