Prologue

Anna's POV

There we were, Derek and I both sitting in his car holding hands, my head on his shoulders while watching the sunset and listening to the soft country music, right now I would never say that this was real, I would have always dreamed it because something as great as this would normally not happen but this is a reality that makes me smile with all my heart.

I have been waiting for this moment for a long time!!

"Anna" whispered Derek

"Yes?"

"This is the best moment in my entire life I wish I could sit here with you forever... But it's almost late we might need to start heading back" as he said that I flipped

"wait, what the heck is the time?" was my reply as I grabbed my phone out of my purse

"it's 9:40, wait, what time are you supposed to be back?"

"10 is my curfew... oh my god my mom is going to kill me. This can't be happening..."I quickly took my phone out and text mom

*Anna's Phone*

>> Hey mom my friends and I lost track of time, might be back around 10:15, we are at the beach.

*BEEP BEEP*

<< Okay but next time keep track of the time or you will not be allowed to hang out.

As my phone buzzed I was about to read the message when familiar arms wrapped around me, I turned to look Derek in the eyes I smile and the next thing I notice is that his lips are on mine, kissing me slowly and meaningfully. As we kissed my phone kept on buzzing, buzzing, and buzzing.

"I'm sorry Derek" I open my phone to see that Derek's little sister started to text me to figure out where we are...

"Derek... this is bad..." he looked at me shocked then took my phone

"SHIT! How did she know we both are gone?"

"One, both of us isn't there and your car isn't there, two I don't have my G2 yet. I'll tell her I went for a walk and started to feel sick by the time I got back so you offered to take me home."

"But normally I wouldn't do that and you came back for your walk 2 hours ago..."

"We went to the store to buy pills so I don't throw up in your car?"

"Fine see what she says about that"

"Okay" so I text his sister back

*Anna's Phone:*

<< My BFFL: Where the heck are you and Derek???

>> Me: I got sick when I got back from my walk, and Derek offered to take me home, and we picked up pills so I wouldn't throw up in his car, you know guys, and their care for cars more than friends... LOL, I thought he would have been back by now is he not?

<< My BFFL: OH! you should have told me I would have come with you, to make sure you were okay. And no he's not back yet.

>>Me: Okay, I'll text him to see what's up with him since he's not back yet.

<< My BFFL: Nah it's fine I'll text him. Hope you feel better ;P

>>Me: Thanks.

"That went surprisingly well" I laugh then plant a kiss on his cheek,

"Maybe..." was his reply before he started to kiss me deeply but gently.

*BUZZ BUZZ*

"spoke too soon..." I sigh
