"Elisa, Logan, Mia, and Trevor are best friends, and, apparently, normal teenagers. Except for the fact that they haven't meet. And, no, they don't know each other by internet. They talk by letters. Like that, they can express theirselves, without the embarrassment that would come along if they met. But their friendship is threatened when the collage time arrives. And maybe, just maybe, they will survive."

Maybe this is another love story. But on the other hand, maybe not. Infatuations, lusts, crushes, falling inlove can be tedious and heartbreaking, most importantly, temporary. Mia knows this; infatuations come and go but what is here to stay is her best friend Ava. Having someone to count on, a shoulder to cry on may seem insignificant to some, but those who never encountered such luck wish for it desperately. Someone to call up at 3am, knowing they would answer no matter the reason, no matter how silly or serious the motive. Mia cherishes every moment she spends with Ava, until one day, tragedy strikes. Ava; a sense of comfort to Mia, someone who she can spend ages with, someone who she can sit in a room with and share explicit silent yet not feel alone. Ava is someone who she can tell absolutely anything, someone who can listen to her babbling on about her deepest fears without judgment. Someone who can lock away all of Mia's secrets, until one day, they all come spilling out. Maybe this is another love story, just not in a romantic point of view. This is a genuine love story along with the most painful heartbreak a person could experience, losing their most trustworthy companion, their one and only best friend.
