Exiled for her high ideals, Asa leaves her home planet to continue her medical career on Concordia in the Eulian Outskirts. Though the Celest-ruled empire is a drastic change from her nomadic tribe, she is determined to take the species' knowledge to not just treat but to eradicate all chronic illness.
    
    Her plans change, however, when she stumbles upon a patient, Renvir. An unorthodox love blooms between the two, but the secret he carries forces her to question the perfect world she's imagined.
    
    She must ask herself if her quest is worth the lives sacrificed.
