practically this is a story about a girl (you) who instantly fell in love with her celebrity neighbor (ZACH CALLISON) and fangirls about him when he wasn't looking, so yeah, she Is a fan of him once she realized that he was a singer and an actor.
she was so in love she even said and did a couple of wrong things for example; nearly blurting out her feelings towards him.
