Her breathe caught up in her throat, and his lips shyly found hers. Suki realised in an instant, that for some reason, Kid’s soul wasn’t being pulled from his body by her. His hands found her hair, and he entwined his fingers in the loose strands. Suki felt herself being lost in the moment. When he reluctantly pulled away, she looked at him with a confused face.
