A small group of super-powered people have been running wild through a city in England, leaving destruction in their wake and claiming territory. Kyle Veigar, a man who is in possession of a power-granting mask is enlisted by the police to hunt down and kill the superhumans before the military are told and turn the city inside out to capture them. Veigar has to find and defeat these superhumans before the city is reduced to rubble.
