Nia, Chrissie, Cassey, Meghan, Lori, and Jadeth have been friends since their mommas were friends. It was just the way things were. And everyone thought it would stay that way, but the world ain't fair and don't believe those who say otherwise.
Each one of the Eths are all what many would call "token(s)". Just something to keep around when it's convenient and all when they want something different, they know things ain't gon change. And it doesn't sit with them, so they do the best they can to prove that their humans first, token second.
