Wiz'nth University is a prominent school and institution in Echt, the world of magic. Found in the heart of a country known for it's conventional magical artistry, The Great Kingdom of Czechteoun.

Samara Amber Duncan is born with an ability to produce light and hefty force from her palm. With this human sheltered her in a science institute, International Exploration and Experimentation Bureau (ISEEB). 

With the help of Weldeisther Rossft Quinn, an ex-convict and a banished mentor of Wiz'nth University, and his apprentices, she was saved. Duncan learned that she is a witch and soon become Quinn's apprentice.

Quinn is back to regain his honor as a mentor.
