Emily rides the bus all day when she's not working in the library. She observes and looks for inspiration for her poems. Emily becomes friends with her friendly and unassuming bus driver Paterson. Paterson finds himself falling madly in love with Emily, but there's just one problem... Paterson also loves Laura, his wife. A story about pen pals and star-crossed love.
