AFTER successfully destroying Voldermorts Horcrux and managing to escape and tricking everyone into thinking he is dead. Regulus manages to escape and in his altered state of mind apparates to a small town in California my mistake.

THERE he begins to start a life where no one knows who he is. Now going by the name Regulus Smith (or otherwise known as Reggie Smith), he rents out an apartment with help from a young woman named, Elodie Rothchild, who is studying to become a nurse.

THEY form an unlikely friendship that eventually spirals into more as Regulus is escaping his past and Elodie is looking towards her future.
