Disney Princess in the Spotlight

Kansas girl Tara Perkins has recently transferred to a new high school in Hollywood, and her new classmates seem to find her very odd because she's different. To make it all worse, Gaston Legume is in love with her...and only for her looks. Tara just wants to be treated like she belonged. When the second graders are putting on a play of a "Sofia the First" episode called "Princesses to the Rescue", they need a high school girl to play the role of Fa Mulan. Tara auditions and lands the role, but nobody supports her because they say stunts are for boys only. It's up to Tara to prove her peers wrong and make them accept her for who she really is.
