The Lupin Collection, a collection of items containing a distinct and dangerous power that the legendary thief Arsène Lupin has collected, is stolen by an inter-dimensional criminal syndicate known as the Ganglers.

The Lupinranger that originally consisted of three people had already become one person. That is Y/N L/N. At first they fought ganglers in France, in the city of Paris. but as time went on, the ganglers then moved to Japan where Y/N eventually moved too.
