When the world goes blank

Joey is just your average 15 year old girl, well except for the fact she works for a top secret agency that trained her to be able to manipulate anyone to get her way. when she is assigned a new mission involving a bomber they've been trying to catch for 14 months she has to really put her skills to the test. Joey must go undercover as a new recruit joining his gang and try to stop him from blowing up the grand opening of the mayors new hotel and killing thousands of innocent people. However she soon falls for the guy she's trying to put away. Can she save all of those people without hurting him?
