Window Rendezvous

Hello there!! This is my first book I am writing so feel free to give constructive criticism, anyways here's some stuff about my book

George Davidson (24) is moving into a house in Florida the first night goes a little rough but when he wakes up he see a handsome dirty blonde, he gets startled but decided to get to know this handsome man his name, Clay Crawford (23) his new neighbor seems to be having a rough time. He has a choice to get this blonde off his window sill or potentially fall in love.
