this story is basically based off of my multiverse i have created and is working on for a LONGGGG time

anyways a bit of background info

dream and nightmare are NOT brothers
dream has a twin sister named wish
dreamtale is a humanoid au meaning everyone is a human just with special abilities and has like either wings, ears and tail, halo's, horn or just a regular human being

dream and wish are royalty
nightmare is the first guardian of the tree of feelings (considering he protects the negativity)
dream ends up being a guardian so he has to fit the role of royalty and guardian in blah blah
goes on with the regular story of dreamtale like night eats an negativity apple he turns into an octopus he destroys the au
dream turns to stone then comes back
earns his wings

(dream is top btw)

everyone has a dark past

swaps au is DESTROYED btw he has no one to remember witch is why it will be mentioned he is "brothers" with killer
