Harry Hook and Uma Ursa are both at the age of eight when they meet. Neither of them is interested at first.
Uma wants to become a captain almost as badly as Harry does.
Harry kinda felt obligated to become a captain thanks to his father's reputation and Uma just wanted to be in charge of people.
They have a bet and the winner becomes the captain- We all know who that was- and that's where their romance slightly starts.
