    T.O.P. was an organization that studied and protected the unexplained and abnormalities of Earth. The creation of the organization was to preserve any sightings or reporting's of different supernatural phenomenon's. Despite the organization's good intentions, the entire production was shut down in the year 2XXX. Many of the files were not recovered and the few that were found are locked away. 
    
    However, not all files are in the hands of higher powers. I believe I am now in possession of one of the organization's largest files. By request of the original documenter, I am posting these findings for all of the public to see and read. Even if you do not believe me or the writer in here, these events happened and should be a huge part of history.
