An Alien from outer space escapes her home planet, but the reasons won't let her go. All Ivis ever wanted was to live freely, but with her past affecting her future--its proven difficult.

Ivis Ryoko was born with a pair of wings.
This was normal, as every Aviothan had them. They were not optional in their planet's environment, Neurothon-the hot, horrible planet that contacted no one.
Unlike most Aviothans, though, Ivis knew there were other people out there. She knew they likely did not look like her, but that did not matter-she had to find a way to join them. Ivis hated Neurothon. She wanted to leave even if it took everything she had, because just like almost every other Aviothan; her wings had been bathed in blood.
And she would give anything to be able to forget that.
