The year was 1988 and the world is plunged into chaos when multiple portals open at the doors of every continent. Entire fleets and armadas were crippled by beings known as Sirens who intended to wipe the human race off the face of Earth. A new alliance was made, the Azur Lane, they would go down to develop a new being, a kind designed for war, a kind that would be able to go toe to toe with a Siren being. Victory for humanity would follow when these new beings were unleashed onto the enemy for the first time in 2014.

The Azur Lane Alliance, a powerful force created in the first world war and expanded upon with the intentions of fighting the Sirens as one, while at the same time preventing another large-scale war like the great war from coming about again, via gathering all the major powers under one flag. But like all good things, it doesn't last forever, and due to differing options, ideals, and repeated acts on both sides to contradict and hurt the other via diplomatic channels. The alliance begins to shift, and finally the cracks became a split! This split brought about the return of war! Full scale, large scale! The two warring factions in question, was Azur Lane, and Red Axis. Azur Lanes primary fighters being Eagle Union, Iris Orthodoxy and Royal Navy. For Red Axis, the main contenders being Iron Blood, Sardegna Empire & Sakura Empire! Ships of the Sakura Empire struck Eagle Union ships by surprised not long ago, and this action dragged the Eagle Union into the conflict without giving them a choice to ignore or try and stay out of the out-of-control flames, we call war. Meanwhile, the Iron Blood slipped into Royal navy-controlled waters, and a scuffle between the two countries flag ships was set into motion, that ultimately ended with the Royal Navys Flag Ship HMS Hood sent to the bottom of the sea.
