Ramnagar , the only village of Bengal under Woman Zamindari. It wasn't easy for her to take control over everything but she did. People called her witch , she was no less than a goddess , they said she is a bad omen but she never cared , they called her widow. And she, accepted it.

    Big brown eyes , hairline covered in vermillion, a small red bindi adorned her forehead , small lips and a sharp nose , some hair came out of her bun fanning her rosy cheeks.

    Some old widow women were bathing her. Her hands were not covered in those red bangles anymore, a women harshly rubbed her forehead wiping away all the remnants of the red vermillion. Another woman came up and changed her saree to a colourless one. A colour which others might call peace but the married women call it a nightmare , a terror.All Rights Reserved
