Mina's life has never been easy. Growing up dirt poor, she knows nothing of safety and luxury. After a tragic incident turns her world upside down, she aligns herself with the growing rebellion, hell bent on exacting revenge.

Magnus lives a comfortable life as a prince in a beautiful palace. While his father runs the kingdom, he is free to do whatever he likes...as long as he remains within the castle walls. Constantly dodging attempts on his life, he struggles to know who to trust as he tries to find the love he so dearly desires.

As their two worlds collide, Mina and Magnus must navigate a twisted and dangerous game as they battle their own personal demons, learning that things are not always how they appear.
