Agent Julie Skatoon is plagued by psychic disturbances while pursuing escapee Johnny Dupochus. The premonitions direct her and her partner, Bill Genovese, straight to their fugitive. But there's more. Johnny, it seems, is haunted by a demon-possessed ghost, which is provoking him to kill.
