Unchartered Hearts

It's a muggle high school AU where Remus Lupin (the smart and compassionate bookworm) leaves his diary in the changing rooms and the jock, Sirius black, (who's on the football team) finds it. In it, he's written that he wants to commit suicide in a week and has written his goodbyes for family and best friend (lily evans). Even though Sirius doesn't know him, he begs Remus for the week to make him reconsider. Sirius takes Remus on a unique date every day, showing him another way to view the world. He falls in love with Remus, even though he knows he could lose him at any moment.
