       Hyde Port, a city that was known for both its international trade and (concerning) crime rate, wasn't considered a great place to live. One of its only selling points were the incredibly prestigious universities found littered among the alleyways and . Unfortunately, these facilities weren't available to the average citizen due to a number of factors. Those factors were coin, cash, and credit. Kocho Hyu, a seventeen-year-old with a grand total of nothing in her bank account, was lacking in that sense. Therefore, when a shady cafe (and bar, apparently) opened up willing to hire just about anyone, paying them just about anything, she hadn't looked a gift horse in the mouth.
