Beth was surprised when she found out how much things could change in 3 years. She never thought that her once best friend Collin could turn into such a rude, evil, bullying, womanizer. Just like she didn't think that her best friend Sara would be in love with the cold-hearted player, non other than Collin Harrington. She just thought that when she came back from New York 3 years after she left all of her friends, that everything would be just as normal as it used to be. When Beth realizes that she is the one to blame for destroying the people she loved, she tries everything in her power to get things back to what they once were. Although it's not easy when her best friend Sara is unbelievably in love with the one person she now hates the most. But things get really complicated when Beth tries to help her best friend get the love of her life. Especially when Beth suddenly finds herself falling for the one person she promised her friends she would never fall for.

Every Good Girl Needs A Bad Boy
Beth's life was simple: go through school to get out, meaning she does have to be a bit of a good-girl. Once she finds out that the high school crush of every pubescent girl is the son of her father's friend, she's suddenly treated like the Queen of England. Her routines change as she is no longer able to go through her senior year peacefully. Will everything go wrong? Will her life be changed by one of the hottest guys in school? Disclaimer: this story depicts bullying and abuse that I (a then 13 year old) was unbeknownst to exaggerated and socialized ignorance. I very much don't agree with some decisions to move the plot forward though the story isn't all that. For young women reading, the treatment and abuse of some of these characters is absolutely unacceptable and be aware of that. This is just a trigger warning.

Complete! "You know I really like you, right?" He was definitely drunk. "You do?" I asked. My voice was supposed to be teasing, but I think it came off as a bit startled. He laughed, "Yeah, why else would I trust you with all my secrets?" -- Betty was many things; a romantic, a fashion designer, a bit more jealous than the average girl, great with a camera, a helpful daughter and a good friend. But she was best known for being nice. And usually, the boy did not want the 'nice' girl. But this summer she was going to prove to Mike, her crush since FOREVER, that nice was enough. She was going to have an amazing summer, a perfect Junior year, and finally have her first kiss. It was a foolproof plan. Moving from her childhood home in Arizona to New Mexico at the start of Junior year was never a part of Betty's plan. But sometimes when parents are involved, plans change. So now the nice girl had to start over at a new school in a new State. And when the (maybe not so bad) bad boy, Eli, gets involved, it might be hard to be known as 'the nice girl'.
