Maybe next time though.” And hes gone, leaving her there dreaming about next time.

She wore what might be flatteringly acceptable for the climate, her white clothing pristine though she had just fought, the gold glimmering from an engraved belt around curved hips that reminded me of the one around my own. My eyes wandered to it, but I didn't want to seem...inappropriate. She looked like something out of a photo shoot, or a history book. Her eyes were amber in color, brown with a fire in them, her skin deeply sunkissed but not sunburned. By the time my eyes rose she was only inches from me, her hair falling about her shoulders because of the speed she used. She looked me over thoroughly, and I raised my chin and narrowed my eyes.
