W. D. I. Gaster

Izuku Abused by his mother (not Inko) for being a male and not a woman as woman can only have quirks in this world. He ran away from his mother (again not Inko) and went into the mountains. He then fell and onto a metal platform. There he met a man. A man by the name of W. D. Gaster. He granted Izuku his powers and genius. He returns where he lives with the monsters that had escaped the underground. He begins to create inventions and also partnered with the Yaoyorozu Company. He made blueprints the company made them. What happens when he saves class 1-A&B from the LOV and his mother (again not Inko) is a teacher at UA.
