Tori was a medic in the navy for seven years. She was always in the field along her group of men she was assigned to Commander Steve McGarretts team. She was basically accepted and protected quickly then a kid racing down the stairs on Christmas Day to get presents. McGarrett knew it was his job and duty to take care of the woman he grew up with.
