Thalia is a biologist working for the RDA in the hope of bringing new life to her dooming planet back home. Thalia wanted to establish a sense of peace between the two species and show them that both could co-exist peacefully.

Isoo believes Eywa has abandoned him, he carries out acts of violence, using his title of 'death-bringer' to strike fear into those around him. Having found nothing but grief in Eywa's teachings, Isoo has as much loathing for his people as he does for the 'Sky-Demons'.
