A girl was admitted to a mental hospital for killing and eating her ex boyfriend and best friend for cheating on her. She escapes the mental hospital and into an unknown neighbourhood. She manages to break into  a house but gets caught by a man and strangely the man starts being good to her and she later stays with him as a roommate but also pretends to be dumb, but for which she gets attacked by the man in different ways, not knowing that he is a killer and cannibal but later they both fall in love and so start a small inn business so  they can continue killing.
