15 year old miroku miyatsu formerly known as minoru mineta is a young pro hero who was dealt a very bad hand in his early life when he was misdiagnosed as quirkless while his older estranged sister was born with a very powerful laser quirk and then after that most of his friends all turned their backs on him as well as his mother started to emotionally abuse and neglect him until one day he had enough and decided to run away from his old life forever and during that point of time his powers finally manifested as he became the youngest pro hero in history proving his past that they were all wrong about him.
