Whispers that Scream

After Jane's husband passes away, she moves to a small coastal Louisiana town that locals refer to as "the end of the world". She just wants to be alone with her grief, and somehow, get her life back on track. Unfortunately for her, her next-door neighbor Adam, who has autism, won't leave her alone.

When Adam comes to her home with a proposal that he thinks will help both of them, Jane takes the biggest risk of her life and accepts. Now, they have promised to be fully transparent with one another, but Jane is hiding a painful secret from everyone including Adam. Adam just doesn't seem to have the tact to let her get away with hiding secrets from him.

Jane slowly begins to lower her walls with the unique encouragement she gets from Adam, but is a happy ending between the two of them even possible when they both have such deep scars?
