Taming The Player

After enduring years of bullying since freshman year, Nathan Crest made the difficult decision to move away from his friends and family. But he returned for college a changed person, armed with a newfound sense of confidence and determination. The boy who was once bullied was gone, replaced by Nathan Crest, a young man who refused to let anyone walk all over him again.

"I don't know you anymore, Nathan," she says, her voice trembling amidst tears.

"You don't have to know me."

"I need my friend back. Is that too much to ask?"

"Your friend died years ago," I respond coldly.

She sniffles, her voice cracking. "Please, Nate, bring him back."

"This is the new me," I said firmly. "So you'd better get used to it."
