In the shadowy underworld of Tokyo, "The Smiling 60's" reign supreme, a group of six assassins known for their masks, signature gloves with roses, and brutal efficiency. Kazuyuki's resilience in the face of Blue's cruelty sparks an unexpected obsession. As she inflicts pain, he endures, a brutal romance blooms amidst blood and broken bones. Kazuyuki's quiet strength awakens a flicker of humanity in Blue, challenging her loyalty to the Smiling 60's and her sadistic nature.

But Blue's commander, also known as her brother, Red, decided to take it up as a cruel challenge to take Yagasaki into his own hands. The manipulation he uses becomes strong and violent, developing a war between the siblings. That is a poor mistake, because their enemy is just a few steps behind them.
