Double layer (COTE x OC)

Artur Smirnov, an ordinary high school student from Russia. He enters Tokyo Metropolitan Advanced Nursing High School due to family problems. He wasn't interested in school itself, he just had to serve about 3 years, and in Russia there are only two ways to do this, and he didn't really like them.

But here he meets many interesting personalities who can give him an incentive for his actions. How and what will he do? Only time will tell.
