Gathered is a personal collection of poems that I have written over the years and that continues to grow and evolve. For me, poetry is a deep call, a need that arises when it's time to give voice to thoughts and feelings that would otherwise remain unspoken. Poetry manifests as an urgent necessity, a way to express what would otherwise remain silent. This collection represents my attempt to listen to that call and respond through words, trying to capture the essence of moments and emotions that demand expression.
I do not pretend to define poetry in conventional terms; for me, poetry is synonymous with necessity, a vital need to explore and share the complexity of the human condition. RaccoLti is therefore more than just a simple collection of poems; it is a logbook that traces the path of a life, reflecting on personal experiences and reflections that continue to shape my view of the world.
