The Price of Love

Adama dreamed of having her own family. So, when James proposed, she was over the moon. However, as circumstances take a negative turn, will she be able to overlook his imperfections and continue to love him, or will their journey end in divorce?

"Stay away from me, you're wasted," I said, stepping back to create some distance. In an instant, he was right in front of me, his tall figure looming over me.
"Leave me alone James, I don't want your drunk ass near me," I said, trying to sidestep him.
