The PVO, Paranormal Investigation Organization, are a group of individuals who dedicate their lives to investigating the paranormal around the world.

From the strange, to the absurd, members of these groups study and collect evidence to confirm the existence of these creatures for the betterment of humanity. The abnormal is never impossible, nothing is as it seems.

This story follows Shen Lau, a detective of the PVO with a strange personality and unknown background, and Ash Azhkravic, Shen's partner in crime as they investigate the mysteries of the world.
