Night is a Pokemon trainer who's goal is to become the first dark type gym leader in the regions. She had already been through five regions and wants to become a gym leader in the Kalos region. During her travels she meets Ash, Serena, Bonnie, and Clemont. As they make there way too the next gym Ash and Night discover something about themselves something that had been covered with lies and betrayal.

After failing to win in the Kalos pokemon league almost all of Ash's friends and even his own mother betrayed him and when he went to Professor Oaks lab to get his Pokemon he found out that almost all of them betrayed him as well even the newly caught friends from Kalos.
