Better Together

Summer has finally arrived, but for Anna it's no better than going to school. The only thing she looks foward to is sleep since an actual vacation isn't an option.

Summer has finally arrived and Nickolas couldn't be anymore ecstatic than he already is. A break from football, well until July practice starts. When he finally lets the first smell of summer vacation slide into his nostrils, his mom gets a one way ticket to the state penitentiary on drug charges, which forces him to migrate to his aunts house in North Carolina.

When the library becomes the only safe haven for these two, they wind up falling, with open arms, into each other embrace.
