Effy Smart is a 15 year old girl with way to much freedom due to her mom being dead, dad always working and her old sister never being home. When Effy befriends the wrong crowd her life becomes a sprial down fall with sex, drugs, friendships, fighs and drinking. These are the high times, and the falling of Effy smart.
