16 year old Celeste Arias is just your average girl. Except for the fact that she lives in the poorest part of LA with a mother who's on any drug she can find and keeps a roof over their heads by prostituting. After her mom is arrested and charged for prostitution a man named Cesar comes to her and makes a deal. If she sells drugs for him until her mom gets out he'll keep a roof over her head and keep her from going to foster care. She takes the deal and starts dealing to Javier Valles, a straight A student and track star. But Javier isn't as perfect as he seems.
