The name on your left wrist is the name of your soulmate. The name on the right is the name of your worst enemy. Some people pray that a name shows up that isn't the same as somebody they've already met, dated, and even let go of. Others pray that the name isn't the same on both wrists, which in my case, it is.

In this society, everyone has a soulmate. And the way to find yours is just look. Along with a soulmate, everyone has a small tattoo on their cheek with a symbol. For 2 years Violet also paniced but she knew that some people don't find their sm for 5-10 years after they come of age, so she wasn't as scared as Harper.
