Charlie is part of a very well known rich family. At age thirteen, he meets his best friends sister, Merida. They grow up together and soon become very fond of eachother. When they grow up, they get married and spend three wonderful years together...until the war comes up.

Charlie joins the war, Merida stays behind and falls deathly ill. Charlie ends up dying and wakes up in Heaven and is looking for answers: where was his wife? was she okay? he soon meets a woman named Dala who refuses to show her face. She helps him in his search for the truth, but Dala is also hiding something...
