When angels of love shoot people with their arrow, it doesn't really make them fall in love with each other. It just aids towards the affection and attachment they have for each other. It helps a person realize what he or she truly feels towards the other person. But sometimes when they shoot their arrow at someones, some still don't make it to be a happy in love couple, maybe because of their chemistry or maybe their so different from each other or maybe the fates doesn't agree on them being together. Somethings just don't work. Sometimes it's just not meant to be.
