Caroline begged Klaus to compel her feelings away, to make her forget that she ever loved and was friends with Stefan Salvatore. Seeing how broken Caroline was, he compelled her memories away as far as Caroline knows, Stefan is just Elena's ex and Damon, Elena's current boyfriends brother. How will Stefan react?
