50K READS, YOU GUYS! (☆▽☆)
This one feels unreal to type
Samyati began with no big expectations and no fixed destination...just a story we felt deeply enough to share, unsure of how it would be received. And after 3½ years, seeing it reach 50,000 reads still feels hard to believe
Thank you for staying with this story. For coming back even when updates took their own sweet time (truly, you deserve medals for surviving our snail-paced schedule ). For loving the characters, waiting patiently, and choosing Samyati again and again. Your support carried this book more than you’ll ever know
This milestone isn’t about numbers alone.
It’s about 50K moments of trust-
50K times someone decided this story was worth their time, their emotions, their patience. And that humbles us endlessly
A proper celebration is waiting to happen. Once our exams are over, we promise to mark this moment the way it deserves (priorities yk- ┐( ˘_˘)┌)
And of course, none of this would feel complete without saying this out loud...couldn’t have asked for a better co-author than @pagesandpetals to share this moment with, because this journey simply wouldn’t be the same without her. I couldn’t have asked for a more understanding, supportive co-author to build Samyati with and to celebrate this milestone alongside
Every idea, every doubt, every “should we do this?” moment shaped the story we have today (gosh aisa lag rha award show mein award lene jaa rhe ( ꈍᴗꈍ)) *blows a kiss back* Love yaaaa!
To every reader who’s been part of this slow, heartfelt journey...thank you for choosing us
50K reads down!
More words, more celebration, more Samyati...coming soon <( ̄︶ ̄)>
@-riyawrxtes @Kamakshi_09 Thankyou guysss! Good to see you both still on Watty. xD

Can’t Believe It’s Been 3 Years…
It genuinely feels like it was just yesterday-
April 2022, when two 9th graders, me and @pagesandpetals, randomly came up with a wild idea to co-author a book. We started Samyati with a random scene, and an even more random (and pretty common) title: ✨Twist of Time – The Tale of Past✨
We had no clue where it would go, but we just wrote…for the love of it xD
We had no idea what we were doing, The plot made no sense, We just wrote whatever came to mind. But somehow…somehow, we stuck with it. We scrapped scenes, rewrote arcs, and changed the title (thank god!), and built a story that we’re actually proud of. A story that now has a fully fleshed-out plot, perfect characters, twists, depth, and most importantly, our hearts in every line.
And now? We’re in 12th grade. One of us is preparing for NEET, the other for JEE. Life is hectic, expectations are high, time is limited-
But still, we find our way back to Samyati.
To the world we created together.
I still remember the countless times we said “let’s revamp this book” or “wait, this doesn’t make sense” or “I HAVE AN IDEA!!” at 1 a.m. And look at us now-
Still here, Still writing, Still believing in the magic we began three years ago, lol xD
And wanna know something even more interesting?
Two years ago, on the very first anniversary of our book, we posted a tiny sneak peek,
Just a glimpse, of the scene where Anandi meets Arjuna for the first time. Back then, it was all just imagination, just a dreamy possibility we couldn’t wait to write.
And now? That very chapter is finally published, and They finally met!!
And that’s not all, Our Shriya is now married and even has a son. Can you believe it? Our baby had a baby!
Honestly, this whole journey has been magical, And I couldn’t have asked for a better co-author than @pagesandpetals to share it with. We really did this together-
And I’ll cherish it forever.
@-Ankitaa mahhh loveeeeeeeee <3 I mean apan 2-3 baje tak aake discuss karte xD
