I feel like a fever dream these days. Something tells me that whatever's coming next might be my last, yet, I have no time to prepare for what I'm about to witness. The jarring thought of leaving a place that felt like home is unfathomable to what lies beyond. My feeling of dread seems to eat me alive every moment of the day the more I think about it.

does anyone know this one book about a reader travelling dimensions in her sleep? She then becomes a bartender in some sketchy russian-italian ruled place in the us?? The place itself has something to deal w poison/snake or has its vibes and shes like in a poor area of that place w her bartender friend named Jose I think
